My next door neighbor's two children attend Montecito Union School, an elementary school nearby that they can bike or walk to. School is open this Easter Week 2021, and the Crossing Guards are in place, and the students are laughing and smiling again as they attend school, backpacks on, and do homework, studying art, arithmetic, science, English, reading, spelling, writing, and sound fundamentals.
